Winter Cheer Program Information

Wildcat Cheerleading will start in early December. Practice will be 2 nights a week location to be determined once we receive confirmation. Practice times could be from 6pm - 9pm. Practice nights will be chosen by each coach depending on child's team placement.

We will participate in 3-5 competitions during the winter season. As we get closer to the competition dates, we will add an extra night of practice, to help prepare the cheerleaders for each competition.

Cheerleading is a team sport. Other activities cannot conflict with practice or competitions. Flexibility is needed to make this work for all teams. Practice nights can be switched based on scheduled school activities.

* Based on registration numbers, your cheerleader will be placed accordingly.
* Your child's cheer squad placement is based on their age as of August 31, 2025 as well as their skill set

Cheer Registration Costs
$500 with uniform included
$400 if already have uniform. (Discount code available in registration to apply the uniform discount)

Uniform will be yours to keep. We will be using the same one as we did in the Fall if your child already cheered they will not have to get another uniform.

Discounts are $25.00 for each sibling after the first fully paid registration for children living in the same household.

Cross-over fees are costs charged by the competition host—most often Cheer & Dance Extreme—for athletes who compete on more than one team. These fees vary by competition and depend on the total number of cross-over athletes participating.

Invoices will be sent separately for each competition to the families of athletes who are crossing over. On average, the cost is approximately $20–$25 per athlete, per competition.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after the first week of practice. All refunds must be submitted in email form to westminsterwildcatsvp@gmail.com. Any refund which is issued will be subject to a $14.95 administrative fee. Price of any items ordered prior to the refund request will not be refunded.
