Winter Cheer Program Information

Wildcat Cheerleading will start in early December. Practice will be 2 nights a week location to be determined once we receive confirmation. Practice times could be from 6pm - 9pm. Practice nights will be chosen by each coach depending on child's team placement.

We will participate in 3-5 competitions during the winter season. As we get closer to the competition dates, we will add an extra night of practice, to help prepare the cheerleaders for each competition.

Reach the Beach- 2/24-2/25/2024, Ocean City, MD
Shamrock Showdown- 3-25/2024, Newark, DE
The Masters- 4/20-4/21/24, Pocono, PA

Cheerleading is a team sport. Other activities cannot conflict with practice or competitions. Flexibility is needed to make this work for all teams. Practice nights can be switched based on scheduled school activities.

* Based on registration numbers, your cheerleader will be placed accordingly.
* Your daughter’s cheer squad placement is based on her age as of August 31, 2025 as well as her skill set

Cheer Registration Costs
$400 due by 1/30/25
Uniform is not included and will cost $125. Uniform will be yours to keep. We will be using the same one as we did in the Fall if your child already cheered they will not have to get another uniform.
Registration Discounts Offered

Discounts are $25.00 for each sibling after the first fully paid registration for children living in the same household.

 League IDs

League ID cards must be provided for your cheerleader to their head coach at the prior to the first competition.  If the id card is not received, the cheerleader CANNOT participate in any competitions.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after the first week of practice. All refunds must be submitted in email form to westminsterwildcatsvp@gmail.com. Any refund which is issued will be subject to a $14.95 administrative fee. Price of any items ordered prior to the refund request will not be refunded.
